Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer free returns or exchanges for refunds or size changes.

Customers must carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and selections before completing their purchase.

Made-to-order garments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production begins.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

• description of the issue

• clear photos of the item

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
